What do I need to do before the cleaning?
At FAB Maintenance Services we proud ourselves by providing the best carpet cleaning experience. Please help us by preparing the following ways.
- We will need a parking space for our van (Truck-Mount). The space needs to be near the entry door to run our hoses and equipment inside you house or apartment.
- Our Truck-Mount carries over 100 gallons of water, but if area to be cleaned is over 3000 sq-ft we will require the use of a water faucet.
- We will require an electric connection for the vacuuming, pile lifting and deep dirt removal.
- We love pets, but for their safety we need them to be removed from the area.
- We offer furniture-moving and furniture-return service, with the exception of very large or heavy items; multimedia / electronic equipment, antiquities and valuables.
Is your cleaning procedure eco-friendly?
We can assure we are going to use a environmentally safe cleaning agent. Remember that we use these products every day and we want to be safe as well.
How long will it take to dry the carpets?
Our speed drying system will accelerate the drying time of your carpet. Our potent truck-mount equipment has a high level of vacuum that will absorb most of the water; leaving the carpet almost dry. Afterwards we place downdraft air movers to speed the drying process. We guarantee you will be walking again in your carpets in no time.
How long does it take you to clean the carpets?
Every facility is unique. The biggest factor is the size and how the space is. Other things to consider are the traffic and spots around the carpet. Our average time for an average home is around 2 to 4 hours.
